Submission Deadlines
The deadline for submitting General Resolutions is 5:00pm Friday 12 July 2024. The deadline for submitting amendments is 5:00pm Wednesday 24 July 2024.
This new closing time for submissions will enable the Agenda committee to review the conference agenda on the prior to Conference and ensure a more smooth process on the day. This will mean less time dedicated to procedure and more time dedicated to hearing substantive debate from Delegate.
Ballots
Voting is located on the same level as Conference towards the back of the hallway entrance of Conference Floor. Nominations for all positions elected at Conference close at 5pm on Thursday 25 July 2024.
