Submission Deadlines
The deadline for submitting Amendments and General Resolutions is 11:59pm Thursday 20 July 2023.
This new closing time for submissions will enable the Agenda committee to review the conference agenda on the Friday prior to Conference and ensure a more smooth process on the day. This will mean less time dedicated to procedure and more time dedicated to hearing substantive debate from Delegate.
Ballots
Voting is located on Level 1 at the top of the main staircase. This area can also be accessed by lift (see map for location). Nominations for all positions elected at Conference close at 5pm on Thursday 20 July 2023.
