Preamble
We commend the Steven Miles’ Queensland Labor government decision to enact reproductive leave for public sector workers to 10 days, which allows people with reproductive conditions such as endometriosis, or people taking time off work for reproductive surgeries such as hysterectomies and vasectomies, to use this new leave.

We call on ACT Labor to enact a 10 day reproductive leave policy across the ACT public service. This will demonstrate the government's commitment to a vibrant and competitive public sector.
