The AUKUS alliance, a hugely expensive military project that trades money and sovereignty for a small number of nuclear submarines unnecessary for the defence of Australia is bad policy - wasteful, anti-worker, anglo-chauvinist, harmful to the causes of nuclear anti-proliferation and regional peace. We call on the Federal Labor Government to drop this stinking policy.

This conference views AUKUS as a complete waste and a travesty. It calls on the ALP to devote money to people who need it, who are lacking housing and support.
