ACT Public Housing Transparency Register

This conference calls on the ACT government to publish quarterly data identifying public housing vacancy rates including identifying number of vacant properties and identifying duration of vacancy. Further where an ACT government housing property has been vacant for more than 12 months such property must be made available on the private rental market or for rent to buy.
